They have both managed to exceed their targets of &amp;pound;1500.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wendy completed the run in 5 hours and Richard in 4.5 hours, both are fantastic times and although they ached a bit afterwards (and both said&amp;nbsp;it was REALLY hard work!)&amp;nbsp;they were both thrilled with their results.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Perhaps this inspires you to take part in a run?&amp;nbsp;
